EVENT & BUSINESS OPERATIONS · STAUNTON, VIRGINIA

From "we want to do this" to "this is actually happening."

Operations, planning, and project management for people with something complicated to pull off and no structure holding it together.

Blurred Event Audience
THE SITUATION

You have the idea. What's missing is the structure.

Most things that don't happen aren't bad ideas. They stall because nobody owns the timeline, the vendor list lives in three inboxes, and the person who'd normally drive it already has a full-time job.

That’s where I come in.

I build the plan behind the plan — the timeline, the owners, the vendor structure, the budget, the run of show, and the systems your team actually uses to keep it moving.

That’s the work. Not just being there on event day. Building the thing so it runs, and so the people responsible for the company can show up as leaders instead of stage managers.

WHAT GETS BUILT

01

The plan, with owners and real dates

02

The vendor structure and terms

03

The budget, tracked and understandable

04

The run of show, minute by minute

05

The systems your team runs

BUILT TO WORK WITHOUT ME IN THE ROOM.

WHAT I DO

A few ways I can be useful.

01

Projects & Events

The structure behind making something happen.
Plans, timelines, budgets, vendors, logistics, stakeholders, run of show, and the details that turn an idea into something executable.

03

The Swag Bag

Gifts and event swag that feel like they came from your company — not a catalog.
Branded gifting built around the audience, occasion, company language, industry, inside jokes, and what people will actually use.

02

Operations & Systems

Making the work easier to run more than once.
Workflows, intake, trackers, documentation, ownership, and the systems that keep important information from living in somebody’s head.

04

The Kits

Rental activations with the hard part already figured out.
Distinct event experiences with the setup, materials, tools, and details built in — ready to drop into a larger event without starting from scratch.

FOR PROJECT & OPERATIONS WORK

Three ways to work together

01 - PROJECT

An event or launch, end to end

I build the operational structure around it and work with the people executing it. Scope, timeline, responsibilities, vendors, logistics, budget, and handoff are defined before we start.

02 - SYSTEMS BUILD

A defined problem with a finish line

Workflows, intake, trackers, documentation, ownership, or another piece of infrastructure that needs to stop being informal and start being usable.

03 - ONGOING

Retained operations support

For teams that need someone keeping the systems current, projects moving, and loose ends from quietly becoming expensive problems.

WORTH SAYING PLAINLY

I don't sell standalone day-of coordination.

If I've helped build the event, you'll probably see me there — and I have no problem being in a T-shirt and tennis shoes, sweating through load-in when that's what the job requires.

What I don't do is step into someone else's plan at the last minute and call that operations.

My work starts earlier: building the timeline, vendor structure, budget, responsibilities, systems, and run of show that make the day itself runnable.

A good event day is usually the result of decisions made weeks earlier. That's where I'm most useful.

ALSO

The Swag Bag - gifts and event swag that don't feel like swag.

Because “we need something for 300 attendees” is its own kind of problem.

The audience, occasion, company culture, language, and budget all matter — because filling a bag and giving someone a good gift are not the same thing.

The Kits — event activations without starting from zero.

A raw bar. A cigar terrace. A tucked-away speakeasy moment. The concept, setup, equipment, service pieces, and practical details already worked through — ready to become part of your event.

LAUNCHING SOON.

Tell me what you're trying to pull off.

If I'm not the right person, I'll tell you that too — and usually point you in the right direction.
